My grandfather Stafford Caldwell was the first lawyer in the family. He used to stop by,
hold court and give us nickels, maybe even Buffalo Head nickels. I still have some.
Stafford Caldwell worked for the Florida East Coast Railroad and helped George Merrick who
built Coral Gables. He also ran for Governor of Florida. My mother and her mother
helped tack election flyers to telephone poles while helping with his campaign.
Stafford Caldwell testified about a hit on Florida Gov. Doyle E. Carlton to be credited to Al Capone
as shown inside the Foreclosure Survival Club. Today he could have been fighting the fraudulent
loan-servicing banks, "Pretender Lenders" who take your money pretending they will pass it on
even when they do not know who to give it to - when they don*t know who owns your mortgage.

the info to an attorney. Or put it to lots of other uses. I learned all this stuff
fighting my own foreclosure since March of 2009, so I do not have time to mess with
refunds of amounts so small as this. If you like what*s on this page, take a chance.
Or don*t. Well, that*s not possible: get it or not, you*re taking a chance.
To me, this information is hundreds of times more valuable than its cost - and lots more.
These concepts could help make and/or save thousands in real estate. Think *em over.
